Availability is on a first come, first serve basis. Youth groups are ask to bring at least 1 adult per 7 youth members. If you have a mixed group (male and female), we also require that you bring both male and female leaders.
Prices are subject to change. Please call the camp office for current prices. A non-refundable deposit is required within two weeks of booking to confirm reservations at Camp Agape.
See the Retreat Reservation FormorMissions Reservation Form for terms and payment schedule. We will NOT hold rooms for longer than two weeks without a deposit. Retreat reservations are ‘locked in’ one month before a group’s date of arrival. Groups cannot request a reduction in either the number of rooms reserved OR number of meals served in order to reduce their total cost after this date. Rooms, meals, and recreation may be added up to ten days before arrival, if available.
PLEASE NOTE: In the event of an accident or illness while at Camp Agape each camper’s personal insurance or the church’s insurance is the primary insurance carrier. Camp Agape’s insurance is secondary.
Each individual must submit a signed medical/media release form upon arrival at Camp Agape.
